Capability Statement

Chenhall Sedona Services (CSS) is a Joint Venture formed by two privately owned companies (Chenhall’s and Sedona Technologies Government Services) under a small business mentor-protege relationship.

This partnership allows us to merge 83 years of proven corporate experience and expertise with the expressed purpose of expanding the scope of local small businesses into the world of government contracting.

Each partner brings a history of providing a variety of IT Services and Staffing Support to commercial and government customers as both a prime and sub-contractor.

Together as CSS, we offer the flexibility and responsiveness of a small company backed by the mature stable (e.g. organization, staffing, fiscal) supporting infrastructures of two well established companies.

    Past Performance

    Contract Name: Department of the Interior/Bureau of Indian Affairs: Professional, Administrative, and Labor Services IDIQ – Active Contract.

    Scope: CSS provides BIA a full suite of staffing services for a variety of labor categories, nationwide. This includes sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified personnel at BIA locations around the country.

    We have provided personnel for roles such as Critical Incident Services Managers (CISM), Program Support Services, Aviation Services, and Social Service Training. CSS has proven to be the primary preferred supplier on Task Orders released to date under this IDI.

     

    Contract Name: US Army Sustainment Command (ASC) APS 3 for IT Staffing and Inventory Support.

    Location: Goose Creek, SC and others

    Scope:

    • Provide Information Systems Support services in support of APS 3 accountable records.
    • Supports operational interface and access between APS-3 home and 0C0NUS deployed elements into U.S. Army’s global logistics mission Information Systems such as Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWARDS), Worldwide Ammunition Reporting System (WARS), Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) and Logistics Commodity Management Command (LCMC) System.
    • Installs, configures, updates and performs operation & maintenance (O&M) of deployable satellite communications based IT systems and infrastructure for remote access to US Army logistics networks/systems using Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT), antennas, towers, base stations and variety of specialized end-user IT hardware/software to include: workstations, MS Office, smart phones, satellite phones, secure phones, bar code scanning systems to include portable scanning devices, printers, laptops and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) equipment.

     

    Contract Name: Army Sustainment Command (ASC) G-6 Staff Augmentation and IT Support Services

    Location: Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL

    Scope: Provides ASC (and subordinate commands) a variety of IT services and support not provided by external commercial or government providers to include IT operational support to ASC Headquarters (HQ) staff and enterprise level support to the units (~70,000 users) around the world.

    Scope includes:

    • Requirements: identification, development, analysis, and translation of Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics mission driven requirements to enable IT requirements and solutions.
    • Portfolio Management, and all supporting business, systems, and IT analysis. Capture and document business/mission processes for development of improvements in automation, computing services, network operations, telecommunications systems/services, and long-haul and deployable communications.
    • Project Management and coordination of/participation in ASC Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
    • Interfaces with other government and commercial providers for solution development and implementation Technical and analytical support for acquisition and management of systems.
    • Logistic support for property accounting, equipment accountability and loaner pools Special events, ceremonies, and operational multimedia support.
    • Enterprise architecture services to include enterprise management.

     

    Contract Name: U.S.A.F. – Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Base Communications Information Technology Systems (BCITS)

    Location: Arnold AFB, Tullahoma, Tennessee and others

    Scope: Establishes, operates, maintains, and upgrades the base voice, video, and data IT infrastructure in support of ~3,000 users and mission systems located in Tennessee, Maryland, and California.

    Ensures the ability of this infrastructure to provide secure and high availability access to common Air Force (and other government) provided services (e.g. email, transport, common applications, storage) and connectivity to authorized LAN, CAMPUS, and WAN (e.g. NIPR Net, SIPRnet, commercial) networks.

    Scope of work under this contract includes End-user support (e.g. workstations, laptops, printers, telephones, mobile devices), systems and servers, networks, software (e.g. operating systems, applications, tools), in-side and out-side plant, telecommunications and telephone, websites, video teleconferencing, land mobile radio, engineering and design, application development, knowledge management, information assurance/cyber defense services, project management, and more.

     

    Contract Name: Federal Government Agency All Help Desk (AAHD)

    Location: Washington DC and others

    Scope: Help Desk support contract for all enterprise technology services to include: end-user computing, networking, cabling, applications, and telecommunications; as well as remote access for mobile users. It is based out of the client’s Washington DC HQ with integrated operations of on-site Help Desk personnel at Regional Offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.

    Under this contract majority of their hands on support is focused on end-user resources such as workstations (including operating systems), MS Office software, printers and multifunctional machines, mobile devices (e.g. Smart Phones, tablets, laptops), and telephones.

    Support of higher-level enterprise technology services to initial triage, basic trouble shooting, and escalation to network, server, and other support teams.

     

    Contract Name: U.S. Army Sustainment Command (ASC) Applications Development and Maintenance

    Location: Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois

    Scope: Provides IT support through application development and maintenance of internal ASC applications and systems.

    Responsible for the development, implementation, and operations and maintenance (O&M) of web-based knowledge management solutions focused on improving the communication, coordination, and collaboration of ASC HQ staff and ~75,000 users deployed around the world.

    Scope includes the analysis, research, estimate, design, programing, testing, fielding, upgrade, troubleshooting, and documentation of wed-based applications, Micosoft.Net application technology, and ASC internet and intranet web pages to include MS SharePoint applications, workflows, team sites, desktop automation and client-server applications.

    Basic services under this contract also includes System Administration of .net platforms and SharePoint collection sites, as well as web-site development and SharePoint training.

    Activities include stand-a-lone projects associated with mission generated operation requirements and continuing modifications, enhancements and maintenance/sustainment of existing sites, applications, and content.

     

    Contract Name: Fortune 500 Agricultural Firm IT Support Contract

    Location: Rock Island, Illinois and others

    Scope: Client is a fortune 500 company with a large global IT Infrastructure and workforce. Contract provides a full set of IT services to the corporate Headquarters (~7300 onsite users), and partnering dealerships located across the United States and Canada.

    We provide IT delivery and support across a range of technical services which include: networks, servers (e.g. file/print, application, database, DNS, MS Exchange, Citrix, SharePoint), desktops and printers, standard software applications and operating systems (e.g. Unix, Windows), databases, mainframes, automated business systems.

    Additional support includes: Datacenter Operations (e.g. ~800 physical/virtual servers and ~2,000 Virtual Private Network connections, data storage, databases), corporate owned Help Desk operations (~2,000 locations and 6500 workstations supported), Commercial Software Product Development and OEM support, Web Based Knowledge Management Solutions, Project Management, and more.
